Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make your return, your receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return shipping will be borne by the customer, while shipping back to the customer will be covered by us.

Incenses and Herbs cannot be returned.

We are not responsible for the treatment of the product by shipping companies.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WRONG ORDERS

Product exchange or full refund only if said products of the order are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the products you received are not the ones you originally ordered.
Product exchange: Changes are only made if the items are damaged, defective or something you did not order came to you, we will send you the replacement items free of charge as long as you have previously returned the products of the order in the state in which you received them. 

To proceed with your return or exchange send us an email to meditationastro1@gmail.com with the title RETURN and order number, in the message we will give the instructions to return the product.
Refund: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the same.
